Quick Key Lime Cheesecake

Ingredients

Directions

1. Combine the Cheeseball Mix (Topping to be used later) with cream cheese and butter (optional).
2. Fold in the whipped topping and spoon in pie crust.
3. Sprinkle with contents of Topping packet.
4. Refrigerate until serving.     

For a homemade crust:

1. Combine crushed cookies, melted butter, and sugar.
2. Press into bottom and sides of an 8" pie plate.
3. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
4. Cool.
